Breakfast is one of the most important point in your day. It helps a lot when you’re going to start your activity. Some of us of course took it lightly, sometimes. They don’t take it into consideration how it’s going to affect them later on.
Some prefer heavy breakfast and some prefer light breakfast if they don’t have time to make a heavy one, or maybe it’s their lifestyle. For me, it depends on the situation and my mood. I prefer to take something which has some carbohydrate for my breakfast (since I’m still in college and need a lot of energy) and having coffee and cigarette for my desert.
After that, I brush my teeth. I tried to not having a lot of teeth stains because I know it’s disturbing! So, that’s how I took my breakfast almost everyday (sometimes I replace the coffee with tea) and I’m feeling good about that, how about you?

for me, everytime i woke up. drinking something sweet is a must..
It can be drinking coffe or tea (but i prefer java coffee, it’s strong enough to woke your brain up). If it’s already in a tight time, go to 7/11 buy some stuff there..
i drink milk every morning and some cake hhmmm…. yummmyyy…
